Ready-to-Use Premises
The premises at INDUSTRIAL CITY industrial parks feature flexible layouts that allow the space to be divided into production (warehousing, assembly, distribution) and office (retail, customer-facing) areas. The warehouses meet Class A standards in terms of equipment and facilities. Each unit available for sale or lease has a separate entrance and a loading and unloading area. The premises are equipped with reinforced floors featuring a dust-proof coating, designed to withstand loads of up to 5 t/m², as well as gates and utility networks. Ceiling heights are at least 8 m.
Format Differences
The formats differ in the following ways:
- By floor area. Compact units of up to 600 m² with a single gate are available, as well as larger units of up to 3,000 m².
- By surroundings and layout. A single block (building) may contain several units, or it may be a standalone building designed for one or two tenants. Sites also differ in the number of parking spaces and the available logistics routes.
- By transport accessibility. An extensive network of major roads includes Dmitrovskoye Highway, Yaroslavskoye Highway, the M-10/M-11 highways, the A-107 highway, and the Central Ring Road (TsKAD).
